Join Our Effort

Transplant Success needs your help to promote and implement three ambitious projects. The scope of these projects is enormous and can only be accomplished through an army of dedicated individuals all striving to achieve the same goal; more available organs for transplant. If you have a passion for spreading the word about the need for organs and tissues for transplantation, look below and see where you might fit in to one or more of these projects and consider how you might enhance the lives of countless individuals as you inspire those people that are already in your sphere of influence. Project Director

A Project Director is needed to oversee the Workplace Partnership for Life, Decision Donation, and National Organ Donor Sabbath programs. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Must be practical-minded, ready, willing, and able to put time and energy into the mission of Transplant Success. This position requires passion.

Develop and implement Transplant Success policies and goals to maximize program effectiveness.

Ensure programs operate within established guidelines.

Files reports regularly to the CEO.

Oversees activities of and works directly with National Project Managers.

Maintains lists provided by National Project Managers.

Participates with budgeting, fundraising and disbursing Transplant Success Funds.

The Project Director should have management experience, with strong writing and verbal skills and will be required to work in his/her own home using his/her own resources, such as computer equipment and software. The Project Director will be required to attend at least one annual organizational meeting and should attend other scheduled and special meetings as much as possible. The Project Director will receive no compensation until such time as Transplant Success receives regular, substantial, sustained contributions and all other operating expenses are fully covered. This applies to travel and other related expenses.

Project Manager -Workplace Partnership for Life

A National Project Manager is needed to oversee the Workplace Partnership for Life program. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Company Representatives

Company Representatives are needed from each company in every city and county in each of the 50 states to administer the Workplace Partnership for Life program. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Must be practical-minded, ready, willing, and able to put time and energy into the mission of promoting organ donation and Transplant Success within their company. This position requires passion.

Plans and oversees activities in support of the Workplace Partnership for Life Program.

Acquire Workplace Partnership for Life materials to promote organ donation annually.

Provides feedback to County Representatives.

Company Representatives should have strong writing and verbal skills and will be required to communicate and administer the Workplace Partnership for Life Program within their company. Company Representatives will receive support from their County Representatives. The Workplace Partnership for Life program can vary from company to company and how it is promoted will depend on individual company resources. Individual companies will be required to sponsor the Workplace Partnership for Life program at their own expense. Involvement can be as simple as sending out companywide e-mails with links to organ donor registries, or providing organ donor cards and paycheck stuffers with their paychecks with information about organ donation. These resources can cost as much as $30.00 per 100 items.

School Representatives

School Representatives are needed from each school in every city and county in each of the 50 states to administer the Decision Donation program. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Must be practical-minded, ready, willing, and able to put time and energy into the mission of promoting organ donation and Transplant Success within their school. This position requires passion.

Plans and oversees activities in support of the Decision Donation Program.

Acquire Decision Donation materials to promote organ donation annually.

Provides feedback to County Representatives.

School Representatives should have strong writing and verbal skills and will be required to communicate and administer the Decision Donation Program within their school. School Representatives will receive support from their County Representatives. The Decision Donation program can vary from school to school and how it is promoted will depend on individual school resources. Individual schools will be required to sponsor the Decision Donation program at their own expense. Involvement can be as simple speaking to students in their classrooms to providing organ donor cards and other written information about organ donation. These resources can cost as much as $30.00 per 100 items.

Religious Representatives

Religious Representatives are needed from each religious organization in every city and county in each of the 50 states to administer the National Organ Donor Sabbath program. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Must be practical-minded, ready, willing, and able to put time and energy into the mission of promoting organ donation and Transplant Success within their place of worship. This position requires passion.

Plans and oversees activities in support of the National Organ Donor Sabbath Program.

Acquire National Organ Donor Sabbath materials to promote organ donation annually.

Provides feedback to County Representatives.

Religious Representatives should have strong writing and verbal skills and will be required to communicate and administer the National Organ Donor Sabbath Program within their religious organization. Religious Representatives will receive support from their County Representatives. The National Organ Donor Sabbath program can vary from one religious organization to another and how it is promoted will depend on individual organizational resources. Individual religious organizations will be required to sponsor the National Organ Donor Sabbath program at their own expense. Involvement can be as simple as sending out member wide e-mails with links to organ donor registries, or providing organ donor cards and other information about organ donation with their weekly bulletins. These resources can cost as much as $30.00 per 100 items.
